Basic Guard suits vacant plots, land and rented homes. Standard Shield is for a house that stays locked. Premium Fortress is for modern villas, and Elite Home Stewardship is for high-end residences and ancestral homes that need full care. If your property does not fit neatly, we can build a custom plan after a free consultation.
Basic, Standard and Premium include a monthly visit, 12 visits a year. From Standard upwards, the monthly visit is an in-depth visit with a status report. Elite Home Stewardship includes 24 fortnightly visits a year.
Yes. Every plan includes utility and tax management for KSEB, water and land tax, so these dues are tracked and not missed while you are abroad.
Yes, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and cancelling before our first visit costs you nothing. See our cancellation policy for the full terms.
Plan prices are fixed, with one exception: the Premium Fortress price may vary slightly for old houses and homes above 1,200 sq ft. Anything outside the plan, such as repairs, is quoted to you in advance.
We serve Ernakulam, Idukki, Kottayam, Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta, Kollam and Thiruvananthapuram. Properties in other districts are considered case by case.
