- Follow-up with the bank, the CA and tax offices
We do not sell property ourselves. We help you sell or buy through brokers or real estate firms. Any broker’s fee is agreed and paid directly between you and them, and we take no commission from it.

Do you collect the rent on my behalf?
No. Rent is paid directly into your account, as the rental agreement says. We never collect or hold your money.
Do you sell property or act as a broker?
No. We do not sell property ourselves. We help you sell or buy through brokers or real estate firms, and any broker’s fee is agreed and paid directly between you and them. We take no commission from it.
Can you help me move money from my NRO account to NRE or abroad?
Yes, subject to banking, tax and FEMA requirements. The paperwork, including Forms 15CA and 15CB, is done through a CA or reputed firm, and the CA’s fees are paid directly to them. We coordinate and follow up with the bank, the CA and the tax offices.
Can you check a property before I buy it?
Yes. We coordinate title and document verification through an advocate before purchase, and the preparation of the sale or purchase agreement.
My tenant will not leave. Can you help?
Tenant eviction is handled under our Legal Support Package, where we coordinate the matter with an advocate.
How much does this cost?
