Frequently asked questions
Do I have to invest money to farm my land?
No. Under Option B, local farmers farm the land and keep the produce, with no farming investment from you. Under Option A, you pay the actual costs and keep all the income from the produce.
Who keeps the income from the produce?
Under Option A, all income from the produce is yours, and we help you sell it with no commission. Under Option B, the local farmers keep the produce in return for farming and keeping the land clean.
How is my land protected when local farmers use it?
The arrangement is documented under a written agreement designed to protect your interests. We prepare the paperwork and monitor the land under your existing subscription plan.
Do I need a subscription plan?
Yes. Agriculture and farming services are available with any of our subscription plans, and Option B is monitored under your existing plan.
Can the land be farmed organically?
Yes. We can set up organic, conventional or mixed farming in separate areas, after a soil test to choose the right crops and fruit trees.
Can you prepare my land for a farm house?
In tourism areas, we can prepare the land for a farm house, with approvals where they are permitted.
