Do I need to be in Kerala while the work is done?
No. We act as your local representative on site: we arrange the contractors, supervise the work until it is complete, and share timestamped photos and videos of the completed work with you.
Who chooses the contractors and vendors?
We find contractors and vendors suited to the job, and no work starts without your approval. Where appropriate, outsourced work is backed by a quotation, work order or vendor agreement.
How is the cost worked out?
You pay the actual cost of the work, and we show it separately from our fee. We charge a small service fee for this work. Details are shared on request. We take no commission from contractors or vendors.
Will you go ahead with work without asking me?
No. Unless it is urgent, any job above ₹5,000 waits for your written approval of the scope and cost. Our commitments set this out in full.
Can you install CCTV so I can watch the property from abroad?
Yes. We coordinate CCTV and security camera installation, set up cloud storage for the recordings, and can review alerts or recordings as agreed with you.
Can you help with building permits and surveys?
Yes. We coordinate surveys, including DGPS digital surveys, building-permit applications and approvals for construction. For survey or boundary matters that are part of a dispute, see our legal support package.
