Legal support package
We support property-related legal and revenue matters, from studying the matter and collecting the evidence to following it through. Who handles the matter depends on where it is heard.
Court matters: through advocates. For a new case, we connect you with a panel advocate, an independent practising lawyer. If you already have a lawyer and an ongoing case, we coordinate with your lawyer. Legal advice and court representation are provided by advocates, and the lawyer’s fees are paid directly to the lawyer. We have no in-house lawyers.
Revenue department matters: by our experts. Matters before the revenue department, such as mutation and Village or Taluk office proceedings, are normally handled by our own subject matter experts and resource persons.
