Cancellation policy
Cancel at any time
End your subscription whenever you choose. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Amounts for visits or services already completed are not refundable.
Free cancellation before the first visit
Cancel before our first visit and it costs you nothing.
No hidden charges
Plan and package prices are published on our services page, and other services are quoted in advance. Actual costs are always shown separately. Special travel outside scheduled or local visits is quoted and approved in advance.
Our commitments
Your approval for work above ₹5,000
Unless it is urgent, work above ₹5,000 proceeds only after your written approval of the scope and cost. Where appropriate, outsourced work is backed by a quotation, work order or vendor agreement.
Your local representative
Prime NRI Property Management LLP acts for you on the ground and monitors the work until it is complete. If a job needs extra on-site supervision, the supervisor’s wages are agreed with you in advance.
No commission, no brokerage
We take no commission or brokerage from vendors, contractors or buyers, and none on property sale, purchase or rental. We earn only our fees and the prices we quote you.

The initial consultation is free. Tell us about your property and what you need, and we will suggest the right service or a custom plan. We serve Ernakulam, Idukki, Kottayam, Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta, Kollam and Thiruvananthapuram, and other districts case by case. Online Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 10 PM, Sunday 11 AM to 8 PM IST.
